With a rich background in the industry we started Get a Grip in 2004. We have a
plethora of experience in the field and can help you with training, inspections,
consultation, equipment sales, construction and repairs. The owners have over 25
years of combined experience and know how to do things right! While we are based in
Ohio, we have happy clients across the US including Alaska and Hawaii. With our diverse
clientele we are able to work with many different course styles and designs.

Jerrod Pingle
Jerrod is the lead builder and inspector at Get a Grip and has over 14 years of experience building and managing challenge courses, zip line tours, climbing walls and other challenge course elements. Jerrod has worked for a number of ACCT professional vendor members as a lead builder, trainer and inspector. He has traveled all across the United States including Alaska and Hawaii to design, build, inspect and train on all kinds of adventure programs.
Lori Pingle
Lori is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Recreation Management. Her work experience includes being a lead trainer and project manager for two ACCT Professional Vendor Members. She was also the Director of Outdoor Education for Columbus Recreation and Parks. She has traveled around the United States training staff and consulting with programs on their operations. She has served on the ACCT Membership Committee and is currently on the Canopy and Zip line Tour Committee for the ACCT.
